Mama Knows Best

I’m so exhausted and it’s the worst feeling ever!  I really cannot wait for Ethan to sleep a full 5 hours..  even 4 would be nice.  He’s slowly been allowing to me to catch a nap or two, but other than that.. I’m running on low at all times.

We started getting bills from the hospital and gosh, I’m start to feel so poor.  Not that my bills are huge when they come in, there’s just so many of them!  Oh well… one look at the outcome of the bills and I rememeber why we’re paying them.

Also.. my family has been a BIG help with Ethan.  My mom has been cooking me dinner and taking care of him so that I can take a nap at their house.  I almost got a full 8 hours the other night, but woke up to use the bathroom and couldn’t get back to sleep.  My mother-in-law on the otherhand irks me.  She comes over every Friday to help with Ethan.. and this last Friday, I ended up having to take care of him anyway.  Plus, she doesn’t let me choose how I’m spending my 4 hours.  She makes me do house work or home work, which is nice, but seriously.. why not let me nap?  I can do homework while Ethan’s awake and I’m feeding him! 

Anyway..

We had Christmas with my grandparents yesterday.  I know it’s extremely early, but they are leaving for Florida soon and they like to have an early Christmas so they can watch us open presents.  Jeff, Ethan, and myself got spoiled as usual.  I really wish they’d listen when we tell them to not go all out, but they don’t.  My house is getting to small for all of the things my grandmother keeps buying me..  guess it’s time to move.

While Ethan’s napping, I’m going to pay some bills and nap myself.  Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend..
