anxious.
Wrapping up the semester has proven to be a bit more hectic than originally thought. We are allowed one little index card for our Chemistry final and I had a terrible time trying to fill mine out. When you usually have larger handwriting, it is not an easy task. Not an easy task at all. But I managed and am prepared for this final as I ever will be or can be at this point. Cross your fingers that I do well people, I need to do well- otherwise I will curl up in a corner and cry.
In other life news, yesterday was baking day in our household. I did not get as many cookies made as I had hoped, but Melanie and I have decided to get together to bake as many cookies as humanly possible on Thursday (of next week). Something about Christmas-time makes me want to bake and of course eat, but that is whole other topic for another day.
Jeff has talked to the Army recruiter and the process has somewhat started. He has not signed any papers, but has began training his tush off. He needs to drop 20lbs in order to enlist, so during that time we will continue looking at other avenues as far as careers go. He spoke with someone about truck driving school yesterday, so lets just hope than pans out to something.
Addison is starting to feel better, much better. She still has a little bit of congestion, but is overall breathing much clearly. I cannot believe that she is almost 6 weeks old already, it seems like yesterday that I was pregnant and whining about the discomfort. And sadly, I have yet to take near the amount of pictures of her as I did her brother from the beginning. We are in the process of changing that little issue around though… as soon as I find my camera again.
Ethan is still as awesome as ever. He is an amazing big brother, absolutely amazing. I cannot tell you how great he is with his sister- he just is. He loves to lay down next to her during tummy time, he loves to hold onto her when sitting on the couch and he can never give her too many kisses and hugs. Ethan is also trying to teach his baby sister her body parts (eyes, nose, mouth, etc). Ethan has also started this whole cheesy smile thing when you take pictures of him- he loves hamming it up.
While I did this:

Addison did this:

*more pictures this evening.
** look forward to a before/after post of Ethan’s bedroom. I rearranged it for the 20th time this year!
