Catching up..
I wish I had something of interest to say, but I just don’t. Today is my “tackle it Tuesday” day of sorts, although I really am not doing much around the house. After dropping Jeff of at work around 4:30a.m. this morning, I came home and crawled back into bed. My plan was to fall back asleep for a couple of hours before taking Ethan and Addison to daycare, but it did not happen. When I crawled back into bed this morning, I found an adorable blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy sobbing into my pillows. Apparently, he woke up shortly after I left to drop Jeff off, came into our room and found that no one was there and that we had “left him forever.” It broke my heart to think that he actually thought I left him.
So we snuggled there in bed until he fell fast asleep and I was wide awake, planning out my day. Today, I will make my list of things to take on the camping trip we leave for tomorrow, head into town to look at new outdoor furniture (thanks to our lovely neighbors the mice) and get the last bit of work I have on my plate done before we leave. It will be a busy day, but I am sure I can get everything accomplished before I pick the babes up from daycare at 4:00p.m.
