Knee deep in poop.

101_0286My week so far?  Yeah, it hasn’t been all rainbows and sunshine.  It has been diapers filled to their outer most limit.  We have reverted back to pull-ups for Ethan due to the massive loads of crap he has been dishing out, literally.  And I wish I could say it was only Ethan that was sick right now, but truth be told, it’s Addison too.

But don’t let the diarrhea fool you because nothing is holding them down.  They are playing just as hard as every other day, eating everything in sight and drinking fluids like it’s nobody’s business.  In fact, Ethan has become a doctor.  He’s a “cardimonologist” and he diagnosed me two different times: once with flu from hiccups and the other time was flu from the coughs- both of which I did not have at the time of diagnosis.  He also tried to help me get rid of dark circles under my eyes, which turned out to be “allergies of kidopotamuses.”  And tonight?  He was my “cardimonologist” who told me that my heart was blank, as he handed me a piece of paper he swore showed the picture of my blank heart.

Addison has become a nurse over the course of the week as well.  Obviously she has no clue what she is supposed to be doing, but it is still cute to see her running around with a face mask on.  She’s pretty content being the nurse that sits back and checks out the scene.

So now you know what’s been going on in her part of town.  How has your week been?

Awww that’s so cute. I love it when little kids pretend to be doctors and nurses!

Oh, and pass the magic poop dust my way, please and thank you. Ryan isn’t pooping enough, and his doctor won’t listen to me. :(

Have you tried Philip’s Milk of Magnesia? Our pediatrician recommended it a month or so back when Ethan was bound up. It’s safe to give to children and it does not take much for it to work.
