Looking to relocate

Written on January 18, 2010 – 10:52 pm | by Jessica |

It’s no secret that my marriage is on the fritz and that I have found myself having to find a job to help support my babies. I am not stranger to working and am quite excited about the possibility of finding something. But here’s the kicker– no one is hiring in our area in Michigan, which means I am looking outside my comfort zone in hopes of finding something. Despite my current financial circumstances, I will not settle for just anything. I know my worth and my potential– I will not settle.

As I was applying to a handful of jobs in North Carolina, I found myself leaning more towards companies who offer Blue Cross Blue Shield NC as health insurance given my children’s current/past medical issues. If I cannot find the exact pay scale I am looking for, but can gain amazing health benefits- it’s worth the sacrifice.
