New year, new goals.

Written on January 18, 2010 – 10:40 pm | by Jessica |

New Year’s Resolutions, as I have said time again, are for the birds. Rather than getting caught up in the mix, I am making a list of goals– things I want to accomplish for myself in the near future. Amongst my list of things I want to work on are the obvious– improve my financial situation, lose some weight without the aid of fat burner pills and tackle my martial problems head. I will not air mine and the hubby’s dirty laundry out here for the online world to see, but I am in the process of seeking out professional help. Our marriage is flailing, like a fish out of water. We will continue living separately for a while, as we both seek out counseling and trying to pick up the pieces (if they are salvageable). My heart tells me that I need to give our marriage one more try before throwing in the towel, but my head tells me something completely different. Right now, I am taking it one day at a time..
