Needing a break

The past three weeks have been a complete blur to me. So much has been going on and there really seems to be no end in sight. Rather than put together a coherent blog, I’ll just create a list of what’s new.

  • One of my classes is going exceptionally well, while the other one is kicking my butt.  I will be getting help from a tutor for the class that is currently kicking my butt, but right now, my tutor is dealing with some family issues.  We will be getting together for the first time tomorrow.  Hoping everything comes flooding back to me within the first two or three sessions.
  • My mother and I took the babes to see a natural healing specialist in hopes of ridding them of their parasites.  Please let her remedies be the cure.  I am not sure I could handle having another positive test.
  • February 19th, we will be meeting with the director from Early On for Addison.  They are not sure why a referral was made and quite frankly, neither do I.  She said that after a few sessions if they notice that Addison really does not have any delays, they will drop her from the program and we can continue on with our lives.
  • Our cellphone contract is up in less than a month.  Trying to debate on switching carriers or keeping our current carrier.  Regardless of the decision we make, Jeff and I both need new cell phones.
  • Pj Mommy is finally get organized, which in turn makes my life a lot less stressful.  Okay, so I fibbed.  It is turning me into an even bigger procrastinator.
  • Snow Storm 2010 is officially under way.  We counted our blessings while the rest of the country was being inundated with snow, but now?  We are feeling the rest of the country’s frustrations.
  • Jeffrey started a new job, which is awesome on so many counts.
  • Babe (my Escape) will be going to the mechanic this week to have the transmission and exhaust fixed.  Will be glad when I no longer have to drive the truck around (despite my undying love for it).
  • Mom Central gave me an opportunity to host a giveaway for Walmart.
  • My page rank rose from a 0 to a 2 without me noticing, which is somewhat cool.
