30 Day Shred
Soon after Sam and Kyle asked me to be part of their wedding, I picked up Jillian Micheal’s 30 Day Shred DVD. My body ached like nothing ever before after the first two-three days of working out, but I felt good. Rather than taking it easy for the first week or two of the 30 Day Shred, I decided I was GI Mommy. I helped load wood into the truck, moved mattresses and started power cleaning the house from top to bottom. Do you know where this has gotten me? I’ll tell you where. In a world full of hurt. Instead of helping Amanda look for car insurance companies, she is helping me by doing my homework (with my help) and enlisting the help of doctors to make this pain go away. The saddest part of it all? I am having more pain now than I did giving birth to my two beautiful children. I will likely be on hiatus for a day or two, as I try overcome my stupidity.

I’ve been doing P90X for the past week now but I have done 30 Day Shred up until that point. I never did the whole 30 days, just used it here and there as a filler workout. Its really good though. I hope you make a recovery and can start it again very soon!
