Sometimes, you just have to know when to laugh.

Ethan is on this new kick of having to tell everyone he’s becoming a man.  His logic?  Because “I pee in the big boy toilet ALL THE TIME NOW!  Just like Daddy!”  If only y’all could hear him shouting that statement.  Ethan is ecstatic about the idea of being a big boy like his father and who am I to crush his spirits?  We are constantly in stitches in this household because of Ethan.

Aside from Ethan’s declarations, we have been pretty occupied.  My sister called us about two weeks ago to tell us that she was expecting.  She is only seven weeks pregnant, but we are hopeful that she will have a healthy pregnancy.  Due to all of her previous issues during pregnancy, the doctor has her doing all sorts of crazy things in hopes of keeping this baby.  Crazy being something with progesterone and something to lower her testosterone levels?  I’ve never heard of the later one, but apparently it is an issue she has.  When I was first told about the testosterone, I referred her to: naturaltestosterone.org, that is, until I knew she was trying to lower her levels, not increase them.  Can’t blame a gal for trying though– can you?
